Unfortunately not the cleaning service for us. Was not happy with the service provided and not pleased with customer service. Gave this vendor multiple chances. Much better options available with other service providers.

"I'm sorry [Member Name Removed] you were not happy with our services but we did go above and beyond for you, cleaning up cat puke on the floor and couches, going while you were away to sign for furniture and show them where to deliver it to along with putting plastic down so the furniture didn't get dirty and many other tasks. We made sure everything you wanted was done every time you would go, even dusting the pots and pans you had hanging from your ceiling. Moving furniture everytime to get the dust under things. We tried to please you and I'm sorry again it didn't work out."

Not very well. The cleaners were 45 minutes late. There were specific areas I had requested to the coordinator and to the cleaners on the day to be cleaned that were missing, including major and minor areas: one toilet bowl was uncleaned, one shower wasn't touched, most window sills and molding completely undusted. A pile of dirt swept from the basement was left in the middle of the floor. The outside of my glass built-ins were dusty enough to write on. The coordinator sent an invoice for additional money after the fact, and I raised my concerns and asked them to be remedied before payment. The coordinator chose not to send back cleaners and had a different perspective on the job, unfortunately.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you were not happy with the cleaning but we just ran out of time that day and because you threatened to not pay anymore I didn't want to send someone back if we weren't getting a payment for the time we already spent. Deep cleanings take a lot of time which the bill will rack up. Thanks for your review!"

Very thorough and responsive. Asked me questions when unsure and were very capable of figuring things out on their own. I did not need to micromanage. They worked at a good pace and got everything cleaned in a timely fashion. I was very happy with the results and very happy with the women who did the cleaning. Very nice and pleasant people.
