Late daily. Did not close off kitchen and so a layer of dust was throughout the house possibly endangering my grandchildren's health. Vinyl flooring not removed before new "granite/concrete" floor applied. Molding around floor not removed before new floor applied. Epoxy on quarter round on floor. Epoxy on appliances and cabinets. Back splash applied 3 times and still does not match or adhere. The original tile was not removed so the new back splash is falling off the wall. The counter tops have chips, holes and dents. The counters were guaranteed to 500 degrees but one warm cup of coffee left a permanent ring. The epoxy is still sticky in some places. The finish is not smooth or even. The epoxy has drips along the sides and bottoms and the drips are sharp and at the perfect height for my grandchildren's faces. There are damaged walls, door frames, and furniture. This was the worst contracting job I have ever seen or heard about. The contractor refuses to make this right, refuses to answer phone calls and refuses to answer emails.
Description of Work: Remodel kitchen to include new counter tops, new flooring, back splash and replacement refrigerator. This project was to take approximately 4 days. Samples were provided prior to the job.
