Once they got here, it went well, but they were late. Price was reasonable and work was satisfactory. Tardiness was irritating though.

Pete was very responsive for estimate and was at my house in 10 minutes to give an estimate. The crew and Pete were a little late but they offered to start the job the next day first thing in the morning when I called him back the night before. The were very courteous and got the hedge and holly bush looking great. I would definitely use them again for any tree or large trimming projects.

Pete was a pleasure to work with!  He was prompt with providing me with an estimate within hours of my initial call.  He kept in contact and was flexible with his schedule to meet my needs and time constraints!  They started promptly at the time promised.  They did a great job!  My next door neighbor was so impressed that he said he plans to use them as well to prune the pecan tree in his yard.  Pete also beat out a competitor's estimate by $600!  I am very pleased with the work that was performed! Great customer service!

The job he did of topping off the trees for me was perfect and just great looking. He took the time to get all the dead branches out also, no matter how big or small. When he was done with the trees, he walked around and cleaned all the brush up. I couldn t have asked for a more thorough job and with results that I truly liked. He was more of an arborist, and knew the ins and outs of trees.
