Sheila was amazing.  Communication was constant and open.  Between phone calls, text messages, and email, she kept us up-to-date.  Throughout we knew she had our best interests at heart and we trusted her implicitly.  I will continue to recommend Sheila to anyone in need of a professional realtor with loads of integrity.

When we first contacted Sheila, she was very quiet, listening to what we wanted and asking us questions.  Then she did her research and found homes that met our criteria. She took us to view some of them and none worked out.  Then we got regular e-mails from her each time a home was listed that met our criteria.  Whenever we found one we liked and wanted to look at, she took us.  No problem.  She made all the calls and arrangements.  She recommended a great financial person and a great home inspector.  When we finally got a contract on a home and got a contract on our home to sell, she walked us through the whole process.  When the people buying our home wanted something outrageous, she backed us up and never made us feel bad for sticking to our guns.  She also recommended us asking for a couple of things after the home inspection of the home we were purchasing.  She did a great job helping us stage our home to get it ready to sell.  She is also a certified home stager, so our home looked fantastic when we finally did list it.  We were going to do a couple of repairs to our home to get it ready to sell and Sheila let us know that it wouldn't be necessary and saved us time and money.  She also fought for us with our new home to get some things repaired that would have also cost us more time and money.  She was really nice and fun to be around.  I miss interacting with her on such a regular basis.
