Rough-Custom Carpentry

Cody rebuilt my front porch. He did a tremendous job. I am very happy! The only problem came when the project was finished. I couldn’t get in touch with him to exchange receipts so I could file a tax claim. I tried phone calls, texts, and emails to no avail.

Responded promptly to request for cabinet repair, showed up on time and made my problem go away. Professional across the board. Will call him again!

Cory was great! No short cuts. He said the door went in perfect, but had issues. He made it happen. The door was plumbed to exact measurements. Personally, I highly recommend Cory. We have hired Rough-Custom for multiple projects and even recommended them to our daughter for working on her first home. We have had a new deck installed, our front porch redone, and had part of our roof replaced by them. Our daughter had a 2nd story walk-out deck for her MBR replaced. Beyond the quality of their workmanship, they just enjoy being out there working. They were laughing together so many times, we just started chuckling in the house without even knowing what was so funny. They periodically brought one of us out there as the work was progressing to talk through what they had done to make sure we were happy with each stage.

Cody was patient, through, and did an amazing job putting up the my new mailbox. It needed lots of adjustments to make it work and he did it. Iâ m looking to work with him in the near future on other projects .

Cody did an excellent job putting up my curtain rods and curtains. He is very professional arriving early and cleaning up after.
