We have become good friends. I first got to know her when she was cleaning at the dental office I work. When I was looking for and decided it was time to get someone in here to help me clean, I asked her. Her price was very reasonable. She works with you. She is quite flexible. When my husband passed away, then I went every other week and she gave me a deal. I try to make sure that when we go out of town or something I pay her half of what she would have done if she had come in, rather than not anything at all. I try to be fair with her. She has said that she won't raise the price on me. She has become friend of my daughter and then her daughter and my grand-daughter are best friends. That's come out of her working here with us. If I ask her to do something she willingly does it and I pay her extra. When she started out she was coming at 9 o' clock and now she is here by 8:30.

He is alot cheaper then the big companies. He will do just about anything I want done alls I have to do is let him know. He's gotten other work around this area because of the job he has done on our yard. His rates are very reasonable.

She does whatever you want her to do. We have four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a formal room, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen with an eat in area. She cleans and vacuums and she will do whatever you ask. She cleaned our sun porch and since she is a close friend she doesn't charge me sometimes. If I need her to she will clean all of the cupboards. If you need her to make the bed, put laundry in, or do dishes, she will do it. She is such a goodhearted person. If I had more money I would pay her for vacation. Her prices are very reasonable and she is very flexible. I think she goes above and beyond.
