Scheduled through Home Warranty of America, so there was no cost per se minus the $100 deductible to HWA. Motor was under warranty still by couple months (cheap Goodman garbage) so HWA paid for labor. The technicians came on time, were professional, answered questions, checked system out and then replaced motor in follow-up visit.

Corrected all problems. Fixed secondary issues and provided tenants of the rental property with advice to ensure future success with the systems.

They showed up when they said, and the owner even came back that evening to complete the A/C part so we would be cool, and then came back a few days later (because of my schedule) and completed the heat part.
