Nice guy, lives in my neighborhood. His prices were too good to be true. Talked a good game but didn't deliver. Didn't protect hardwood floors and tracked paint and stripper, runing finish. Built small shelving cubby using rough exterior grade plywood and did not complete trimming it out. Did not do a thorough job of stripping paint resulting in a really bad stain job. Did not complete all the things agreed on. Since his price was so low, I did not ask him to come back and finish the work because I didn't want him touching another thing in my house. Found out after the fact that he mainly does exterior work.

They cleaned up everything when they were done. They did everything in 2 weeks. They even worked to meet our time requirements. They were very easy to work with.
