PEARCE CONTRACTING INC

It started out with a patio using pavers. We had so much work done in the last few months with adding on a sun room and trees being cut down front and back. But our final project was to have a patio done since we lost our deck when we had the room added on. Our yard was a mess with all the construction going on. This time we wanted a maintenance free patio out of pavers we had a deck but it was torn down. We had several contractors come out and listening to what they had to say and how much it would cost us. My sister suggested me going to a paving company, they would have some people they could suggest. I did that and sure enough they did give me a couple of contractors they suggested. I called 2 and Mr Pearce called and we made an appointment. He came out and we talked about what we wanted. He told us he could do what we wanted and also told us what he would do. Two thing no one else mentioned was to run a under ground hose with a cap from our down spouts and to run a under ground tube in case at a later date we wanted to add a sprinkler system with out taring up the side walk we wanted. We never thought of that and neither did any of the contractors mention it. Capping off the down spouts and having the water run out in the grass was a plus. Before he completed the job we where talking about the mess our yard was in and the work we still had to do ourselves and Mr. Pearse said he could do it all except for planting the seeds. We wanted a flower bed built in the front and we had planned to do this ourselves. He did it all, aerated bought in new dirt and Humus. All we had to do was plant the seeds and watch it grow. We are very pleased with the work he did, our patio looks wonderful and will look better when the grass grows. The Patio is 590 sq. ft.
