+ -1 moreHe gave me an estimate and then when he was done, he charged me more than he quoted. He didn't seem competent in his ability to do the job right. I didn't feel very comfortable with his work. There was no receipt given to me when he was done.
Description of Work: I needed to have my locks changed and they re-keyed all the locks in my home.
