Marc's Pressure Cleaning & Roof Cleaning Service

"Good Morning [Member Name Removed], I am surprised to see such a negative review from you, considering we have spoken since your service, and everything seemed to be fine. In your original request for cleaning you wanted the deck and fence done and we came out and provided you with that quote, and you agreed and we got you on the schedule for both. Marc completed the cleaning on a Saturday, May 26th, a holiday weekend, not on May 19th, and he did speak to you the day of the service and you were headed out to Busch Gardens. Then May 27th, Sunday morning at 11:11am, after the cleaning had already been completed, you called and left a voicemail stating you decided you did not want to get the deck pressure washed because you were about to get the deck stained and the guy you have coming is not worried about getting it washed and you asked if we could send you the bill just for the fence. I actually saved the voicemail, because I thought it was odd that you called after the services were completed. However, at that point the deck had already been cleaned. So, I called you first thing Monday morning when our office opened. I told you the deck had already been cleaned, you did question and said that there was still stain on the deck, and you even mentioned that the fence looked great. So, at that point I called Marc just to make sure that the deck was cleaned, and indeed it was, he said he spent quite some time on it, but as discussed from the beginning, all of our cleaning processes are a soft wash process so we do not use any high pressure, and the process removes all of the mold, mildew, and dirt. The cleaning process does not remove the staining, and that was never discussed. The deck was cleaned and we applied the deck cleaner and soft-washed the deck to remove all of the mold, mildew, and dirt, and this was discussed when we went over the pricing and estimate. We prepped the deck for staining, and the deck is ready to be stained again. Nothing was ever discussed about stripping the old stain off, and that is a service that we do not do because it can cause damage to your wood. We priced the deck at $245 and the regular price was $275, because the deck was not in bad shape. We have been in business for over 23 years and have always been very fair with pricing and we offer honest services. We are very shocked to see a D rating because as you can see we have had nothing less than a C rating, and only one one those. We are also very shocked to see a D rating from you, because when we spoke last you were thrilled and complimented on how great the fence looked. The responsiveness was immediate - Monday morning when I got your voicemail, I called you right away. So, we do feel that this review is not fair and not honest considering we did everything we promised to you as a small business, and was very professional and responsive to you as a customer. I am sorry you are not happy with our services, however, we did everything that was originally discussed from the beginning, to the time of booking, and upon completion, etc."

We do try to be as reasonable as possible, and try to stay as competitive as we can! However, there will always, most likely, be someone cheaper! But, always remember you get what you pay for! We have had customers tell us they went with a cheaper company in the past, but they always have had issues, some severe, some not severe! That is not always the case, but we do hear it quite often! However, we do appreciate your business, and thank you for letting us know! Hopefully we can still provide you with services in the future!"

Marc, the owner, is coming up on his 20th season as a pressure and roof cleaning professional and he is very experienced with walking the roofs in a safe manner. He works from pivot points spraying the roof solution and then rinses it off. He appreciates your concern, however he is very careful and every job is carefully planned out. The roof has ridges and valleys that he climbs, a lot of times he sprays from the ladder, if possible. The business has had no accidents and will continue to practice safety, We also have safety meetings with the employees on a regular basis. Again, we are very glad you were happy with the roof cleaning and thank you for the concern. The cleaning will give the roof many years of life!"
