Great job! It's a 30 year old house, and it looks new again. They gave an estimate and came in lower. Jessie in the office is very professional and efficient. I would recommend and would definitely use them again.

I'm not easily impressed, but this was a top-notch performance. Marc and crew showed up (almost) on time, got the job done in three-hours ( I had estimated six), with outstanding results. Personable, easy to work with, diligent and honest. Look no further!

As in the past, they provided a great job. They reduced my bill by $50, but it still equaled to 172.50 per hr for ea man (2 men) for almost 1 hour of work. Don't forget it was my water being used to clean and i have the expense for that too, Next time i will look for someone who can provide the same quality service but less expensive.

The work was done well, however after getting pricing from others, I found it to be well above the competition. For this particular job, I'll probably go with a less expensive option next time.

We do try to be as reasonable as possible, and try to stay as competitive as we can! However, there will always, most likely, be someone cheaper! But, always remember you get what you pay for! We have had customers tell us they went with a cheaper company in the past, but they always have had issues, some severe, some not severe! That is not always the case, but we do hear it quite often! However, we do appreciate your business, and thank you for letting us know! Hopefully we can still provide you with services in the future!"

When I started I didn't know what color my roof was. It truly looked like it was black. I scheduled Marc's to come out and clean it. They came out as planned, and did a remarkable job. Come to find out, my roof had a lot of dirt and moss of some sort on it. Now I know....my roof is light brown....LOL. Looks like new again. Thanks Marc's.

I am thrilled with the results of the soft pressure washing treatment Marc's Pressure Cleaning & Roof Cleaning Service did on my town home. From initial contact to close of transaction, the experience was almost effortless and entirely pleasant. The scheduling was every bit accommodating and cordial. Jesse--and I believe Dusty?--could not have been more respectful and caring of my time, and I was never once left hanging as to where I was in the process. Marc, himself, came to my home for the estimate and was upbeat, positive, and knowledgeable--a far cry from the grumpy and even surly servicemen and technicians I have contracted with in the past. Marc said he would make my home look beautiful--and it does! To add icing to the cake, the price was better than competitive. I will not hesitate calling Marc's again, in two years--and will recommend him to other homeowners whenever I get the chance. For this service on your home, you can?t do better in the Tidewater. My Home Owners Association required all the houses on our street with North facing roofs to get them cleaned.
One of the neighbors got a group price for doing 5 houses. The work was done properly, but I am not sure if I would reuse. TI am very pleased with the work done, however the owner was on the roof doing the work with no safety harness. I would be concerned about that from a liability perspective.

Marc, the owner, is coming up on his 20th season as a pressure and roof cleaning professional and he is very experienced with walking the roofs in a safe manner. He works from pivot points spraying the roof solution and then rinses it off. He appreciates your concern, however he is very careful and every job is carefully planned out. The roof has ridges and valleys that he climbs, a lot of times he sprays from the ladder, if possible. The business has had no accidents and will continue to practice safety, We also have safety meetings with the employees on a regular basis. Again, we are very glad you were happy with the roof cleaning and thank you for the concern. The cleaning will give the roof many years of life!"

Marc and another worker came out and did a excellent job on my roof. I was worry about my flowers and they cover them up.Now
when I pull up on my driveway I can see how beautiful my roof look. The job took less then two hours.
