Independent contractor. Was overwhelmed with having to service a 4,000 sqft house. Contractor was not able to bring on additional help. Had to showcontractor show to perform certain tasks some of which were still notperformed satisfactorily. Would best be used for light duty in 1,500 -1,800 sq ft residences.
