Karen Enriquez - RE/MAX

Karen was helpful, quick to respond to even offbeat questions, very patient, and made the whole process much easier than it otherwise would have been.  She worked with our wonky schedules and was always happy to explain things if we were confused.  I'm not a "people person," but I was always comfortable with her and enjoyed working with her.

Karen was very responsive to all of our wants in a new home, and she was very honest about trends and potential downfalls about buying in certain areas. As we were new to the area, her advice and insight were invaluable. She has stayed in touch since we bought our house in 2004, and she continues to provide information and answers any questions we have about purchasing a new house. She took time to come and do a walk through of our current house and tell us what we may want to fix/focus on to get the most money when we sell. And this was without a contract, she did it because she wants the best for all her past, present and future clients. Looking forward to using her expertise when we are actively searching for our next new home. I did not include the amount spent because it never seemed an issue and was included in all the home loan stuff! Sorry!
