James River Remodeling

They were fast, came on time, and polite. They were able to explain everything to me and get it done quickly.

Called three companies to get quotes. Chose James River because their quote was most in line with information I had gathered from various sources and the fact that Travis Tennyson gave the best answers on the technical questions asked. At the award meeting Travis advised the date the work could begin. He stated that a crew of between two and four would work every day that there was progress to be made and the project would be complete in two and a half weeks. 

Everything Travis told us happened. The crew arrived promptly every morning and got right to work. The men were professional. They were also friendly. The work was finished in exactly two and a half weeks. 

There was one instance where I had concerns about the way one item was handled. I made Travis aware, via email at the end of the day. The following morning this item was reworked to a point that far exceeded my expectations. 

We are very satisfied with the quality of the work done. This has made our new house much more livable. We would certainly use James River in the future should the need arise. 

Everything went well and on schedule. Team was great and friendly. They worked well around my three children.
Travis (owner) was very responsive to questions and concerns. I gave rating of "B" on quality because there could be more attention from team to smaller details. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would use James River Remodeling again. We are considering having them remodel our kitchen next year.
