 + -1 moreI was not thrilled to wait an extra day for the larger crew - but I understood their scheduling challenges. A four man crew arrived and they quickly determined that they could do the job with only two men. They had to cut a new access door to replace the part - but this will make it easier to service in the future. Everyone was courteous and professional, and the final price was under the estimate.
Description of Work: They quickly came out on a very hot day to diagnose the problem with our heat pump. They identified that it needed a new capacitor but could not reach the capacitor the first day because the system was mounted too close to the system for the condo next door. They returned 2 days later with a larger crew and made the repair.
