I will not use their service again. It was not a pleasant experience. I did tell their supervisor about this. I don?t know why they send their people to come all over here to check if I live here. I felt bad for them because they couldn?t get business from me. I was not present that day. They said they cannot provide me with any details because my husband is not here and I?m not a decision maker. I do not know how he could say that to himself. I am a decision maker and he just said the opposite to me. It is crazy. They were not very happy because they came all along the way to see me and they couldn?t get business. They tried to get me to sign the contract before knowing the pricing. So I asked them what kind of a promotion was this. They told me that they will not continue with their promotion if I don?t sign their contract. This is ridiculous. A promotion is to increase your business. I told them by signing or not signing the contract they will not be able to do any promotion. This doesn?t make any sense. I would not do business with such kind of people and which is anything above the covenant. I feel bad for them but I wouldn?t want to use them in the future. They also discriminate people.

The salesperson showed up on time, but drew out the process way too long (2-3 hours). He made us pick every little detail before providing us with a ballpark estimate of the cost and wasted far too much of our time. We have a newborn son and it was a very rough experience for my wife and I. We would not use Home Depot again for that purpose.

They were pretty decent about having to come out and replace the door that they scratched. It took them one week to come back out. They completed the job very quickly. They were very professional while in my home. They also made sure that there was no mess when they left. Nothing came up missing from my home. I would recommend there services to other people in the area. The repair was covered under a warranty.

They were a pretty good business to deal with. The men that laid my carpet were here when they said they would be, they wasted no time in tearing out the old carpet and padding. The carpet was pretty good quality. The guys were respectful of my home and me. We were satisfied and they gave me a year warranty on the carpet and work done.

The carpeting we selected was not very expensive. The installation job was not very complicated, but they laid it in a meticulous manner, just the same. We have gone to Home Depot for several different jobs and for some reason they are not always consistent. Some of the work is done well and some is sub par. We never know how it will go with them. This particular occasion went well, but we always look around before deciding to go with Home Depot.

We knew Home Depot had the lowest priced merchandise in town, but were unaware they did installation work. The work was just as professional as if we had gone to a kitchen specialist. This was my own design, so I wanted it to be done right and they did just that. The kitchen was sealed off from the rest of the house, to keep the dust, and mess concentrated in the kitchen. The end result is exactly what we had envisioned, it was a beautiful job.

They did a good job and I expected it to cost more. For the quality of work they did it was a real bargain. The price even included the hardware and installation of the door. You can't beat that.

I really just felt it was a pretty average job. They did what they were supposed to, but didn t really do anything spectacular. The contractors overall did an okay job installing the new floor and pulling up the floor. They hauled away the old floor for me also. One thing they could have done better was get the job done quicker. I would hire them again, but I would shop around first.
