They talk a good game, but do mediocre work--that is when they show up. Non-responsive to phone and e-mail; don't show up; poor follow through.

Joe initially came out to give us a quote on repair of one corner of a porch roof and repair an area of older shingles that were starting to come loose/off.  After consideration of that quote, we asked for a quote to redo the entire roof realizing that patching one bad spot would still lead to more "band-aids" over time in other areas.  Was able to start work in a little over a week.  Quickly removed old shingle roof and replaced damaged wood with plywood before applying backerboard with rubber overlay that was then heated to seal it.  He installed a more thorough drip edge to prevent repeat damage.  Water tested roof and caulked any areas that were not water tight.  Installed gutter hangers.

Joe and his crew were professional and courteous.  He took pictures before and after for his files.  Provides pictures and written warranty for my records.  They did an excellent job of working around my curious 8 year old, cleaning up after themselves each day and left the area in better condition than they found it. 

The work was done over a couple days and the only issue I had was that they did always communicate a clear time for returning the following days.  However, they didn't need me here to do the work, so wasn't a huge deal.

Update : Their work truck was left in front of my house for 5 days after finishing the job. It took numerous calls and emails and ultimately the property manger I hired to obtain the warranty.    While cleaning my gutters I found that they had run the electric line and phone line in gutters to get them off roof during installation and then left them there installing gutter hangars over them so I can't get them out.  Please be aware that you should thoroughly investigate any contractor and ensure that they are licensed and insured prior to starting work.

I think they fixed my roof really well, but I wasn’t happy with the aluminum wrapping work.  What I don’t like about them is they don’t come when they’re supposed to and they don’t call and inform me, and when I call them they always tell me that they were just going to call me; I guess that is a disrespect of my time.  When they do call and say they’re coming, they’re here.  They do the job and they are respectful.  I don’t think I will be using them again in the future.
