They were fantastic. They had three different passwords they gave you for when they call to check on you. One said everything was okay, another said we need help and the third one said somebody's listening to what I say, but I need help. They call on a dime if you don t answer and the police will come right away. Once I burned tea and didn t hear the call. The fire department showed up right away.
