I talked to Jim about some problems I had been having with a current provider and that I didn't think they were doing their best to help me. I had some information also about another company that offered Search Engine Optimization training for a hefty fee. This also would have been online. Jim educated me about how search engines and crawlers work, and that the research that his company would do and the service he provides would bring more business to my website. I hired Jim to tackle the job at a fair price to see what he could do. He also advised me that I will be getting detailed reports about traffic to my site, much more in-depth than what my current company (a large national company) could provide. I had also had multiple customer service problems with my current company, and was ready for a change and wanted to work locally. I asked him if his company could host my domain as well, as I was up for renewal. He said "yes." Great, I needed it done in two days. The customer service with Jim is exceptional. He sent me an email later that day to advise me the hosting had been handled. Since working with Jim I have already noticed an increase of phone calls from clients finding my website.
