It went great. He came in did my finally walk through with me to make sure all the repairs that was done from his first report was done. I even received a discount because I was military and he had a coupon for 25$ off on his web site.

He followed all the standard protocols of checking a home for inspection but was not interested enough in anwering my questions and worries as a buyer. After the inspection report I send a mail asking a simple question and as the payment was already doen I did not get a response back. If you are a first time home buyer I wont recommend using this inspector
