Description of Work: He machined some wood I had so I could make a queen size bed out of it. Mike the owner is super nice, it was a small job, but still didn't mind doing the work.

 + -1 moreHe set up a temp sink for max kitchen use upon starting the demolition of cabinets. Had a short meeting with plumber, electrician, himself and us in the house to pre-iron out any issues before the job started. He came when scheduled, work completed on time, his workers respectful. By far, he was the best listener and creative designer we consulted. His very pleasant wife, Joyce, runs his showroom and schedules him so you get immediate answers to questions. Mike returned when called to make slow-close door adjustments. Nine months out and the cabinets are beautiful and fully functional with some cool features, like LED light stripes under the cabinets.
Description of Work: First appointment, Mike Crowder (owner) came to house, listened to our ideas and measured, second appointment Mike had 3-D computer drawings in his shop which allowed us to immediately make changes. We could see what the kitchen would look like from different angles with different choices. There was NO pressure here. He shared his expertise, made suggestions but in the end he gave us what we wanted. We chose our own granite (looked at yards in Chesapeake and Richmond) and used Mike's fabricator who did a fabulous job with our crazy delicatus pattern. It fit perfectly. Limited hardware selection but we liked the patterns available. We used his electrician and plumber (optional).
