I called the company on April 20th. I was told someone would be there between 8:30 and 10:30. I have a household insurance and this was the company they told me to call. My co-pay is $100.00, so I knew that is all I would have to pay. The technician arrived at 9:00. He was very professional and went to work immediately. I watched him work and was impressed at how thorough he was. He did not talk much, just tested everything he could test. He had a checklist and went down the list. By the time he was done, I knew everything was working properly. I highly recommend this company. The total cost for the service would have been $265.00 if I did not have the insurance. I thought this price was appropriate for the work done.
