We needed to replace our Package A/C and Gas heating system in our new home in the Wythe section of Hampton and had had a good experience with the Trane system in our former home. Fortunately, Bennett Air Conditioning is the authorized Trane dealer for the Hampton area. I say fortunately, because their customer service, responsiveness, and pricing was outstanding. Specifically, we most appreciated Steve's professionalism in assessing and determining the best solutions for us. He responded quickly to texts, phone call messages and emails. Steve also determined that we had several holes in the ductwork in the crawlspace under our home and he personally repaired them. The installation of the new system was performed as scheduled by Steve and his extremely competent and professional team, Grant and Storm. After installing the new Trane package system Grant ran tests and checked temperatures and air pressures at each vent in the house to ensure optimal performance. Steve's follow-up, a week after installation, was also best practice in ensuring that we, as customers, were satisfied with the new system and service received. I called them and they manage to find an appointment at the end of the day. Most thorough job of diagnosis and detail I've seen in 20 years. Went the extra yard to make the repair. Took the time to do the job right. Very unusual company - they care about the quality of their work. Definitely use in the future.
