Auto Glass Now Hampton

Description of Work: They set up an appointment for me but apparently did not check the glass until ready to pull my car in. I waited for over 45 minutes before they told me that the new glass was scratched and that they couldn't install it. The facility's wait room was packed and smelled of cigarette smoke. If someone is sensitive to smoke, I would advise them to find another place to have their windshield replaced. Also, there were so many cars in the parking lot that access to the site was blocked and very dangerous to find that out after turning in from Mercury Blvd. at a busy traffic time; it meant having to back out on to Mercury to enter from another driveway. There were no spaces left in the parking lot when others arrived after me. It was very apparent from the wait and conditions that they overbook. When I arrived, they couldn't find my paperwork at first either; if I hadn't had my auto policy with me, they would not have been able to research where it was (or that the claim existed)
