Advanced Auto said they put in a rebuilt transmission. A year after they performed the job, I needed a new transmission. I paid $4000! How is that possible? When I called, they said they are no longer affiliated with the company even though the person I spoke with is the same manager.

Mark lied and then turned around when no one was looking, laughed in my face about what he did. He went as far as to say good luck with your transmission. He knew he has screwed me over and thought he would get away with it. The company is an LLC and not listed in their names. They have a registered agent as the owner of the company. So, if anyone wants to sue them, you have to go through the registered agent and none of their assets are attached. They used to be Free Miles, which was located in Newport News, Virginia. They were sued 49 times as Free Miles and now the cycle has started all over again in Hampton.

The service was amazing. The whole team was honest and upfront about my truck. They helped with financing the repair. That is a relief for someone like me who doesn't have that kind money to spare. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks guys

Only had one cosmetic issue that was easily fixed and I have been driving her since without an issue. My car runs like it's ten years younger.
