+ -1 moreThe company was hired by the rental agent. Over the years, projects were always late getting done. The last task I was billed for was never done. I personally looked into the crawl space to inspect and found that the insulation had not been installed. As an absentee landlord, I may never have known if I didn't physically visit the property.
