Michele and Jesse are two of the nicest people. Their prices are great! They give perfect explanations on their work and I trust them completely. I would use them again for my MAC and my PC Laptop.

Jesse and Michele are great! They explained everything they could do to help me out...my hard drive was failing....explained what they would have to do if the old hard drive failed completely before I brought the computer to them. Fortunately, the hard drive was still working so Jesse was able to make a mirror image of the old hard drive and then installed the new hard drive. Took a little longer than they anticipated, but not longer than I expected. I would definitely use them again with any future computer issues.

My laptop had a complete failure and would not do anything. I took the laptop to Action Custom Computers who diagnosed the problem as a hard drive failure. They replaced the hard drive and reimaged the laptop to original specifications. This was completed in less than 1 day. The owners (Jesse and Michelle) are very friendly and extremely competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone with computer problems.

It was a small family owned, husband and wife, operation. They were very honest and told me when I brought the computer in that if I had removed the part myself that was blocking the part that needed replaced, they wouldn't have to charge me extra. I asked for a screw driver and he let me take the part out right there. He let me watch as he did the repair and he explained the repair thoroughly. He was reasonably priced in comparison to other companies, but I couldn't recall what they charged me for this repair.
