From start to finish Mark was professional, prompt and friendly. He kept in contact with us leading up to our appointment and came out to the house right on time. He looked over the unit and determined that it needed to be replaced then worked out the particulars with our home warranty company to get it done. He also talked to us about upgrading from what the warranty company was willing to pay for to a better unit, which we did for a few extra $$. The install went great and we are very pleased with the end result. I am looking to replace the garage door in the very near future and will definitely use Access when that time comes.
