,Setting up the appointment went very well.  They were friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and setting up a time and date.  I explained that I could get everything out of the rooms with the exception of 4 large pieces of furniture.  We agreed that the cleaning could just be done around 3 of those pieces, however the bed needed to be moved so the carpet under it could be cleaned. I explained that I could not move the bed alone, and was assured the cleaner/cleaners would assist moving it when they came.  I was to have all linens removed and the bed ready to be moved.  When the carpet cleaner arrived he seemed very pleasant, but said he would/could not help move the bed.  I ended up having to move it alone, with a great deal of difficulty, and suffered because of it for about a week.  I believe he felt badly that a 68 year old woman had to move it alone, because he did put it back after cleaning.  I was happy with the cleaning initially, however, things did not go well the next days.  I was told it would take about 4 hours to dry, but it took several days.  After the 1st day, the whole house smelled badly from the wet rug.  When I called to tell them, they said they wanted me to be happy and would send the gentleman back.  After having to move everything out and back once, I had to do it again. I was not happy about that, especially when he arrived and just sprayed the carpet with deodorizer, and I had moved all of that furniture needlessly.  The deodorizer did, however, do the trick and I haven't had any more odor from the carpet.

I was very impressed with the friendly professionalism and attention to detail. I would have never considered them without the recommendation.

Overall it went wonderfully. Will arrived on time, a fact I appreciate greatly. He showed concern for my home and possessions, noticing I had cats he let me know he would have the door open so I could put them away. He was professional and knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions I had and provide information about the cleaning process. He worked effectively and efficiently. There were a couple areas he even gave special attention to, letting me know he wanted to satisfy his customer and that he takes pride in his work. Lastly, the person who scheduled my appointment was professional and helpful too.

They were good about moving my furniture.  When I asked them to clean under certain things, they moved everything and put everything back.  I’ve had others who have refused to move my furniture.  I would use them again in the future.   

They were super careful with everything.  They put stuff back.  They were polite.  They worked hard, and did their job.  The price was reasonable.  We did shop around.  The carpet still looks clean.

My experience with Absolute Chem-Dry Company was excellent.  The cleaners were wonderful.  They showed up when they said they would.  They were prompt.  They were very professional.  They were nice people.  They got of rid of stains that we didn’t even know we had.  They did an excellent job cleaning the stains.  I would use them again in the future. 

They were very prompt and did an excellent job. The price was more than I expected compared to another Chem-Dry company that I had used, but the job was well done.

They did real quality work and the guys were courteous and very accommodating. They will work you in around your schedule. They moved the larger stuff for us, which was a plus. They gave us coupons for additional savings on future visits. We have used them quite often and have been happy with them every time.

Absolute does flooring on top of carpet cleaning, and the owner is a very hands on type of individual. He came over to do the measurements and show us the samples. His crew arrived early in the next morning and completed the job before five in the afternoon. The owner came to our house the very next day to check the work himself and made sure we were happy with it. We were happy with the results, and the price was lower than any other company we called.

They did excellent work for me on my carpets. They were very helpful. They moved all of my furniture around. They were very careful with our stuff, which I was very impressed with. They have always done excellent work for me. I have actually been using them for about 10 years now with no problems. Their price was great and it included scotch-guard. They also do new carpet installations.
