Came and looked at our floors, informed us of what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable about these types of flooring. Returned the following week and sanded the floors all day Mon. from 0830 until 2000. Returned Tues to finish sanding, cleaning and staining the floors. Allowing the stain to dry for a few hours before returning to apply 1st coat of polyurethane, worked another long day. Returned today (Wed.) to apply 2nd coat of poly. Very happy with the results. Was skeptical at 1st because there were no reviews, would recommend his work and hope more people would take time out to do reviews.

The time window we were given was Wednesday-Friday. My husband was supposed to meet him at 10 am, he requested it be moved to 8:30 am, which we agreed to but he didn't show up till 10 am. The hotel had to be extended 2 night because We could not get back into the house until Sunday morning and couldn't move most of the furniture etc until Monday. The floors themselves are beautifully done. The stain he suggested looks perfect in the room. I am happy with the overall work. I am not happy with the cigarette butts and sandpaper sheets left in my fireplace, the can of ashes left on my mantle, the cigarette butts in my yard.
