Called to schedule a quote from this service provider. After two days I got a call back and scheduled a date for April (month away). A few days later, I found out I would get the house a few days earlier then expected and I wanted to get the date changed to an earlier time. I have now tried to call and left voice messages three times over the course of a week and have had zero response from the provider. Though, I cannot speak to the quality of work that would have most likely been done (based off reviews here), I can speak to the responsiveness, which in my opinion was unacceptable if he wanted my business.

He was prompt and courteous and did a great job.  I would highly recommend him as well as use him again.  He will actually be coming back out to do a few other things for me soon.

He started out being phenomenal and then his prices got insane. He does incredibly good work but he is so expensive. The work maybe took an hour and costs us a fortunate. For a previous job, we dug the line in the ground for a hot tub to save us money and it still costs us $1700. The first time he came out he charged us half the price which is why we used him again. He thinks he is God's gift. He keeps saying it is because we live in Leesburg which is for the cost. He has a monopoly on this area now and he is so cocky and righteous. He keeps charging more and more every time he comes out. We are surrounded by rich people and he goes for the jugular. He is not willing to negotiate his prices. He is prompt, intelligent and does great work.

They were really great. They were just very professional and very friendly, but not overly so. They were very punctual as far as getting back to me. I really appreciate that. I would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary.

Tra and his crew listened to my requirements, provided a clear explanation of what they proposed and came in on budget. They dealt with the archaic Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative process for electrical service, and installed everything to my satisfaction (and added a few more last minute outlets without additional cost). They cleaned up everything when they left and Tra (the owner) came by to inspect all the work.

In short, they did a fantastic job!

We had used VanDenburgh Electric previously when they wired up our new mudroom. We called and they came out promptly, discussed with us what our current and future needs were and explained in detail what they proposed to do. The owner Trey and his team arrived on time on the appointed day. He asked if there were any parts of the house we needed to keep on for last. Since my wife works for home, it enabled her to get a few more minutes in before he came back and told us he needed to cut the power. They completed their work very quickly and has us up and running again pretty quickly. They were very thorough in making sure each of the circuit breakers was correctly labeled. Overall it was a great experience, just like our first project with them.
