We employ a team of 8 of the best Craftsmen available to exceed your home remodeling, renovation and construction expectations. The old cedar roof was removed.  Then a 30lb roofing felt was installed per manufacturers recommendation. Whip 100 Ice/Water shield was installed along all roof eaves and valleys.  Ice/Water shield was used as underlayment on portion of second floor roof with low pitch.  GAF WeatherBlocker starter shingles were installed along all eave and rake edges. GAF Cobra Ridge Vent installed on all ridges.  GAF ridge cap shines installed along all ridge cap.
They were prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns.  They were very professional and did a very thorough job of cleaning the job site after the installation was completed.

Nickelmen worked with us from the design phase to the last detail to complete our basement and bath projects. We started with a detailed worksheet and design drawings. Then we taped out the layout on the basement floor so we could "walk" the space to see if it felt right. They were very careful in our home and took measures to control the mess. Their flexibility allowed us to make decisions and adjustments all along the way, which is so important for a project this size. We're still getting compliments on the new spaces and enjoying them every day. Nickelmen has the finest group of workers we've ever worked with - really nice people. We liked them so much, we're having them back to do another project.
