LLOYD'S HEATING & AIR COND INC

lloyd,s hvac installed a complete new heat pump & air handler system 3-27-2014. problem started 7-21. air handler  condensate leaking out from under air handler. i check and made sure condensate line was clear. called lloyd's. was told would be out asap. no one came out. called 7-27. no call back. called 8-5 told would be out asap. no one came out. called 8-12. no return call. called 8-18. no return call. called 8-28. was told someone would be out 8-30. no one ever showed up or called. will keep calling lloyd's and update this site....... 9-1 called. no return call.  9-2 called. call returned and someone came out and problem resolved..       called 2-14-2015 because temp in house had droped to 60deg(set on 70). was told someone would call back (typical service)... no one has called as of 2-17.... will have to get another contractor....
