They weren't very good. They weren't very friendly, I guess. They did the work that needed to be done but it seemed kind of expensive. We contacted them in early June and it took them well over a month to come out. They ended up losing our ticket. We ended up calling them after a month and a half and they did not have any record of supposed to be doing our service. They did get somebody out right away at that point, but then it still took a week or two. The part itself was covered under warranty but the work cost was over $200. The guy that came out was a little creepy to be honest. He wasn't very personable or maybe a little too personable with my wife. The price seemed really high for no longer than he was here. He did the work, he got it done and fixed it. The punctuality was pretty good. When they said they would be there they were there.
