 + -1 moreWe have used Your Techie four or five times in the last year and each time they send someone cheerful, professional, and best of all, knowledgeable about what service is needed. They back up their repairs and will return again and again until the situation is resolved They treat you with respect and are not at all condescending. If another techie is more knowledgeable about the issue (my son is a gamer, I am not), they will quickly defer to the best person for the job. What matters is to get things up and running. They are available by e-mail, personal cell and main number and respond quickly. If the person who was assigned is not able to respond in a reasonable amount of time (family emergency that popped up), they promtply send someone else. If the PC needs to go back with them they will come and pick it up and return it fixed.
Description of Work: From troubleshooting a wireless network connection (we had to ditch it and go wired - and they were the only ones who knew why immediately) to restarting a dead computer - truly dead, but they saved it and it's running well again, to reformatting and all manner of troubleshooting in between. Right now, they are holding my son's hand in troubleshooting a stubborn computer freeze issue five hours away, at college.
