I was looking for a new carpet cleaner as I was sick of Stanley Steemer doing a half*** job. My carpet cleaning needs were ongoing, as I have 2 Great Danes that drag a lot of mud through the dog door. I vacuum often, but the dirt was out of reach of my Dyson. Stainbusters had great reviews so I gave them a try. I spoke with Andrew and explained my situation, didn't have any pet stains to worry about, just dirt! I told him that I was a little OCD and that after they finished cleaning, I would test the carpet by stepping on a wet paper towel to see if there was any dirt transfer. Dylan cleaned the carpets absolutely spotless!! No residual dirt whatsoever! I am setting up a quarterly cleaning to keep up with it!! Love them!!

I had neglected my cream color carpet for a couple of yrs. Stainbusters did an excellent job - I really felt they did a deep steam cleaning. Everyone I dealt with was professional & very nice. I will definitely use them again!

They do a fantastic job. I've used them 3-4 times now, and I've always been impressed with their service. The owner Andrew is a true professional, honest, and cares about providing great service. All of his employees are the same way. Beyond the great people, their service is fantastic, and they do a great job cleaning the carpets.

The company worked with my schedule and were very professional. My carpets look great-like new! He answered all my questions and did an awesome job! All the stains are gone! I have a before and after picture attached.

Have used Andrew's service multiple times and he is excellent. Extremely professional and he cares about the quality of his work. Everything is up front and they provide excellent service. His prices are competitive, but it's worth any extra cost because of his level of service.

Matt arrived on time and ready to work.  He confirmed my work order and price for service.  He got to work and completed the entire house in two hours.  The townhouse is three floors of approximately 2000 sq ft (about 2/3 carpeted).  The townhouse was empty of furniture and had Berber carpeting.   After Matt finished, I did a walk through (Matt provided me with booties) and the carpets looked fantastic!!

We have been using Andrew for several years. We contacted him first in 2013 when another company was unable to remove pet stains from the carpet in our rental. We have since used him for our move out at the rental, our move in at our home and two additional visits over the course of our time in this home. We have him scheduled for a third visit later next month. He is always 100% professional and is priced extremely fairly. I have paid twice as much with other providers who never seemed to get the carpet clean. Our carpets always look brand new when he leaves, and with pets and children, we stick to a 2x's a year cleaning schedule to keep everything looking (and smelling) new. He truly takes pride in his business and I always recommend him to everyone looking for service.

Andrew was prompt and did an excellent job. Our carpets look great! I will be calling son to schedule a restretching. I highly recommend them.

Very punctual and business-like.  Very concerned about getting the stains out.  Courteous.  Explained well.  Would use again in a heartbeat.

The guys called in advance to let us know they would be arriving 10 minutes after there 9 o'clock appointment time. When they arrived they protected our hardwood and our walls and did a great job cleaning our carpets (which were filthy) they even moved a few pieces of furniture and a crib for free. :)
