Preferred General Contracting

Thanks to PGC we were able to live in our house during the repairs, which saved money. The team of workers arrived early and left mid-afternoon, which also worked well for us because we work at home and we need a little quiet time. They worked through the winter as much as was possible and we continue to be very happy with the quality of their work. PGC performs most of the work themselves and they are highly skilled. Having worked with another contractor with exactly the opposite approach, we prefer PGC. PGC has minimal management overhead and the management that they do have is extremely knowledgeable. For well-defined, small work it would be better to have a fixed price contract. However, our structural problems and other problems were not well-defined and so a time-and-materials contract worked better for all parties. I will definitely use PGC again in the future.
