Deck Maintenance
A totally unsatisfactory job. Workers were did not arrive when we were told they would. Powerwash was shoddy at best, leaving a lot of pollen stain remaining. Despite the web site stating they have a lot of experience with deck stains, they "tested" the color on the deck leaving about a 2 square foot area red. Due to the improper powerwash, the overall end result is a totally uneven and unattractive result. They ended up by apparently cleaning their equipment in our side yard resulting in killing the grass. The job was to include some replacement of some portions of the deck and a gate. Repeated calls to the owner concerning when this would be accomplished went unreturned. Fortunately, this portion was on a time and material basis rather than the basic cost for washing and preserving.
