Taxi/Shuttle Service
The cabs always are very fast, but they have one of the rudest night dispatchers. He refuses to tell you when to expect your cab (which is I think a legitimate question, even if it's just a range) and while in Crescent cabs, I have heard him get in fights with drivers. He has a sort of radio personality voice so I think he fancies himself quite the man. But he's not. Since there are plenty of cab companies in Philadelphia, I stopped using them.
