I went through 2 Zip agents before I decided to do all the scout work myself. Then just contacted Zip when I found the house I wanted to buy. I think the previous Zip agents were used to working with people who were spending more $$$ on a house, and weren't willing to spend much time with me. The agent I did end up working with was uncomfortable with my low bid(but I pressed on and got it anyway).
