Services we offer
Residential: above and beyond general housekeeping. My goal is minimize home maintenance for clients. Duties are on a rotation schedule so that everything gets done tailored to the needs of the individual homeowner. Commercial: above and beyond taking out trash and vacuuming. Desks are polished, screens are cleaned, floors are mopped & bath and break areas sanitized. Rental Property Turnovers: work the hours necessary to restore properties to rentable condition in a timely manner.
Services we don't offer
Have done a little of everything. I do mean everything. Pressure wash, paint, demolition, wall paper removal, windows, carpet cleaning, convert basement into storage & even jack hammered a sidewalk. Errands, laundry & food prep for physically challenged. If the request is within reason...it will get done.
