Amazing Shine Cleaning Services

The cleaning staff at Amazing Shine Cleaning offers outstanding services. They were incredibly professional, thoughtful, kind and overall the house was truly sparkling when they left. I worked with Ms. Hilda to set up services and she was prompt and thorough in ensuring I received the support I needed when I moved into my new home. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Pros: -The cleaning crew, consisting of two representatives, arrived on time the day of the scheduled appointment. -The representatives were very polite and respectful to me as the customer. -One of the representatives appeared responsible for cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. She did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with her work. Cons: -Overall, I DID NOT feel like a valued customer to this company. -The owner was almost an hour late for our initial consultation. -The price was high compared to the prices of other services for the quality of work done. (There was also a $5 charge to clean each window and a $30 charge to clean the inside of the refrigerator. **I did not pay to have these services performed.) -One of the representatives informed me that the upstairs was complete if I wanted to check. From first glance, you could tell the floor in all four rooms was vacuumed and it looked great. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that only one room had the ceiling fan and blinds dusted. I informed the represented who responded by telling me had been cleaned. I had to run my finger across these items and show her the dust that indicated they had not been cleaned. She then proceeded to clean them. While waiting to have the blinds dusted, I then realized that none of the window sills had been cleaned. I brought this to her attention. Needless to say, all the dust from the blinds went onto the freshly vacuumed floor. -After they had left, I recalled that the service was to include dusting the picture frames and vacuuming the furniture. Neither of those items were completed during the visit. Follow-up: -The owner, Hilda, sent me a text message a week later to ask me how the service was. I explained to her that I was very satisfied with the cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen and asked her to call me for an explanation of what I was not satisfied with (too much to text). She responded four days later, via text, that she was sorry that I felt that way and thanked me for my feedback. I was interested in scheduling regular housekeeping and was willing to work with this company to make it happen. I wanted to develop a relationship with a company that I could "trust" to do what they commit to doing without me having to go behind them and check to make sure it was complete. It was so disappointing that Hilda did not care enough about my concerns to call me to a) find out what I was dissatisfied with and b) try to make it right.

One or two staff come and clean the house from top to bottom.  Baseboards, chandeliers, lamps, floors, make up beds, can clean windows and clean silver upon request for a reasonable fee. Attention to detail sets this service apart from its competition.
