Scheduled an appointment for a Friday when I could show him the problem. Mike H. (Patriot), decided it was more convenient for himself to come out when no one was at home on a Wednesday. He came out, stated that he couldn't find the problem and caulked some random area. He then left a $150 bill in my door. I paid the bill based on his reputation on Angie's list. It rained a few days later and the leak was still present. Called Mike where he proceeded to whine about how much experience he had and that he somehow knew exactly what the problem was. I asked if he could come out on a day when I was at home and could show him the leak. He continued to wine about how he magically new what the problem was without ever seeing it. I set an appointment for that Friday and he never showed. But he made sure he cashed the $150 check. Buyer Beware. Very Unprofessional.

Contacted Thomas at Patriot and he was at the house in a few hours, in the rain, to inspect while I was at work. Turned out that there were a couple minor issues with the roof, but the issue was actually with the chimney cap and chimney flashing. He made repairs to the couple minor issues and flashing, but had to come back the next morning when it wasn't raining to fix the chimney cap. He responded quickly and kept me in the loop about the status of the repair. He was very professional. Will definitely call on Patriot again.

Mr. Heflin was prompt for both estimate and arriving to do the work. The estimate was reasonable and he honored the 10% discount for Angies List. The work was performed in a professional manner and met my expectations. I would use him again.

Great! I called, talked to the owner, Tommy. He came the next day, said it was a simple caulking repair and did the repair same day. I'd definitely call him again.

I was very please with the repairs to my roof.  Thomas the owner was at my house 30 minutes early and ready to go.  He explained to me every little detail that was going to take place with my roof repairs.  I watch as the work went on and I was very pleased with the work performed on my house.  I will definitely use this company again in the future and I would certainly recommend them to my friends or anyone that need repairs to their home.

Tommy made the needed repairs, including some unforeseen issues, without exceeding his original estimate. He was prompt, professional and cleaned up all debris.  I would recommend him without hesitation.

Couldn't ask for better service.  I called on the 1st, and they came that same afternoon. They inspected the roof, and fixed the problems observed. Since it was sunny, and not a day of wind-driven rain, which is the only time the problem shows up, we can only hope the problem is solved. But if it isn't, they will return, re-check and fix . They stand by their work. I also needed an elbow on a gutter "installed" per new owner requirements, and he did that.  Very happy with every aspect of this job.

The repair went well.

We lost shingle and friends told us this company does excellent work. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of hiring these folks. They are responsive, professional, reasonable in price and they exceeded our expectations

Very fast service.  I appreicate the immediate response.  As of today, I haven't had any issues.  I recommend Patriot Roofing.  The only thing I don't like it I could have had $25 dollars off but since Angie's list requires the coupon at the time of service and I was not there I did not get that.  I do not blame Patriot Roofing for that, just something consumers should keep in mind.

He climbed on the roof cut a hole and installed the fan. It was working before he completed the install. Job done.

The rain that fell the night of October 24 showed that we had developed a leak and water was dripping into our kitchen.  The following day I called a few companies for estimates.  One came out and gave me an estimate for $2,000 to $2,400 for the repair job.  The others either could not come out for a couple of weeks, or were not taking new clients for up to six weeks.  In desparation, I called Patriot Roofing on Wednesday morning.  I spoke to the owner about 9:30 in the morning.  He arrived at my house at 11:00, a full hour before he thought he could come.  He looked over the roof and gave me an estimate of $375.  What a difference!  I asked him when I could get the job done, as it was supposed to rain again starting Thursday.  He said he could do the job right then, if I wanted.  It took him about a half an hour and he was done.  Still a little sceptical because of the differences in the estimate, I asked what would happen if I still had a leak.  He assured me that I would not, but that if I did, he offered to return for free to do the work again.  To my great delight, the rains came with a vengeance, and with three days of inclement weather, I am so happy to say that there is no leak.  Thank you Patriot Roofing for your prompt, reasonable and good service.

When I noticed water damage on my ceiling after another contracting company had supposedly fixed it, I was really unhappy particularly since I noticed it on Saturday night and I knew heavy rains were in the forecast for Sunday. I left messages with several roofing companies but Patriot picked up the phone at 7:00pm. I was so astonished that I got someone on the phone and even more astonished that they could come by on Sunday to fix it. They arrived a bit later than they had estimated but that was no problem because they called to let us know they were stuck in traffic. They arrived, they did the job, gave us an honest assessment of our roof (that it didn't need replacing for several more years, an assessment which has been echoed by others making it even more trustworthy, in my opinion) and a two year warranty on the the work. We've had some rain since they fixed it and so far so good (Though history indicates I need a few more rainstorms to really be sure) but with a warranty I certainly feel more secure. I'm very pleased and would recommend them to others. UPDATE: well, the leak wasn't fixed so they came back as per their warranty. Still wasn't fixed and in fact was getting worse and worse. I concluded they didn't actually know where the leak was and saw no point in having them come out, randomly caulk around and pronounce it fixed every weekend. I ended up going with a company who saw the issues my roof had immediately. I definitely needed a new roof, not a bunch of caulk that actually worsened the issue. I think this company is probably fine for smaller, less complicated roofs, but my house is not it.
