VERY WELL, Ray is a great guy and a very smart man. He likes company when he works and he'll train you to do the work yourself if you're interested. Ray is the only plumber I would hire at this point. One caveat, Ray is closing in on retirement and doesn't like to go under houses. If you work with him he will get the work done and done well. Ray also took care of all the communication with Moen for the warranty replacement of the effected parts. He is great!

My tenant called at 9:30 last night, reporting that they were only getting a trickle of water from the faucets.  I asked the tenant to replace the filters in the water treatment  system to rule out that possibility. Tenant agreed and this morning called at 7:15 AM to let me know that as of this morning there was no water at all coming into the house.
I looked on Angie's List and selected Thomas from those listed in my area because of the excellent reviews.  I called at 7:42 AM and left my number and a description of the problem as reported to me by the tenant.  Within 15 minutes he returned my call and agreed to meet me at the rental house around 9:30.  He indicated he would call as he was leaving, so I would not be needlessly hanging around.  He called, just as he'd promised and we met at the house.  He went right to work, diagnosed the problem quickly, but did not have a replacement pressure tank in the truck.  So he told me he'd be back with one in 15 minutes.  He had the job completed and cleaned up everything nicely less than two hours from when we met at the house. 
I found him to be very professional, personable, and accepting of the fact that I like to document work with photos, so he had to endure my snapping photos along the way.  He also took the time to explain to me what I can check if something goes wrong in the future, things that will allow my to repair myself or at least rule out simple fixes.
I was very happy that he put me first in his day's work, and I told him so.   I will definitely call Thomas Plumbing again whenever I have plumbing needs for either the rental home or my own residence.

Ray Thomas was sent to us via a claim with our home warranty company. He called within minutes of us submitting the claim. He arrived promptly when he said he would and didn't make a mess. He even cleaned out the sludge and junk from the bottom of the water heater. I can't comment on his prices as we only paid the service fee of our home warranty. He was a super nice guy and if we need plumbing work in the future, we will use him.

I have used Thomas Plumbing many times. I have always been satisfied with Ray's work. I have called him at night with a problem, had him walk me through what I could do to fix it (I can do a lot myself if I'm given directions), when I couldn't solve the problem he came to fix it.

Worst possible scenario. Had to hire another contractor to fix his work,

It went well. Company offered to waive labor cost for affected piping replacement if sink leaked within 30 days providing I purchased new parts.
