Work started on time at 0800. First day--rough sanded down flooring and stairs. Additional areas defined and included
Day 2: finished sanding same area, buffed, cleanup and applied stain, first coat of polyurthane
Day 3: Buffed area, cleaned , second coat of polyurthane
day 4: same as above but applied final coat of polyurthane
final bill as quoted--no surprises
Workers very friendly and helpfull people
