George Ronan Power Wash/Roof Wash

This is the 3rd time I've had them pressure wash by house and detached garage, and they always do a great job.

I've hired George Ronan Power Wash / Roof Wash several times over the years and they always do an excellent job and this time was no exception. The two Ronan team members arrived a few minutes early, were courteous and professional, and and did a fine job. I will hire the company again when the time comes.

I was told about a special price they offered for a 2 story house, but expected to pay a little more because of the unusual angles and shape of my house. They were there on time, did a very thorough cleaning of all areas of my siding, including the hard to reach spots. They also cleaned the siding on the detached garage, which I had not expected or mentioned when I scheduled my appointment. The entire job was completed quickly and for the advertised price. It turned out great, and I will certainly be scheduling them to do this every year!

George Ronan is the only person I call to power wash my home or deck. I've used him for several years after purchasing my home in 2000. He and his team are prompt, courteous and detailed in the work performed. My wood deck had rails and each are cleaned perfectly. When they are done pressure washing, they had me look over the work to ensure I was satisfied. He offers competitive prices, the lowest I was offered. I trust him and his work and he will continue to be my first contact for work.

We had already moved out of our house and the community when the power washing done. All arrangements including payment wre done via telephone. Our neighbor reported to us that the work had been completed as scheduled. When we returned to the property we found that an excellent job had been done for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend George Ronan Power Wash to anyone looking for a great experience.

One man did entire job in about an hour. Sprayed off deck to keep chemicals from affecting it. Gave a 5 year warranty. We have had the roof cleaned by Ronan many years ago. When after 3 years the area of the roof near our large oak tree had yellow staining. They did come out and spray that area. Roof and chimney look great. Highly recommend.

My husband and I own a four unit rental in Portsmouth, you know - one of those really old huge houses that got chopped up. Needless to say it's old and cleaning the outside is a daunting task. We had some pretty significant mildew on one side but also have really old and not well sealed windows so cleaning trim and such around the windows is also a challenge. Plus, there's no outside water spiggot so the guy had to hook into a washing machine line. Not only did Ronan's company come all the way from Gloucestor but they were on time, very professional, and went out of their way to make sure no water got in the windows. The guy that did the work was very careful with his work but really thorough as well. I really only needed the mildew spot removed but he did the whole side and for a remarkable price and he was super fast. That whole side of the house gleamed in the sun. I am quite pleased and WILL be using them again soon.

As for how it went, way better than I imagined. I have used others in the past and never gotten the great service I did from them today. Everything was taken care of, the service was performed on the date set and the arrival was right on time. The actual job did not take as long as I had anticipated, which freed up my day, a big plus for me!! Everything was left in good condition, shrubs and plants all looking good. House looks great!! I checked Angie's list and then actually took advantage of a coupon they ran. So between both I could not be more pleased!!! I even called them to tell them how pleased I was!! Thanks again!!!

Young boys came. I felt they were not trained very well and did a sloppy job. I had to tell them to redo a couple of areas. It still did not look that great when they finished for the price I paid. Had a bird nest over my back door that I asked be removed. Instead of getting on a ladder to remove it, he kept blasting it with the water spray over and over, which flooded my outdoor light and it stopped working.

Everything went fine. The worker arrived on time and went right to work. Finished in about 2 hours. Did an excellent job on both the home and the deck. Worker left a bill for the agreed upon amount and I was able to pay the bill by credit card by calling the owner. II will be hiring this company again in a few weeks to stain the deck.

He was very easy to schedule with and his prices were very reasonable. We have used him twice now. The first time he pressure washed our commercial grade swing set.
