"We understand your frustration and upset. At the time we were experiencing some changes with our supplier which we had mentioned. They quoted us the wrong amount for the materials which we were going to take responsibility for but just needed some of the labor cost to cover it. We learn from our mistakes and we have taking better measures since this incident. We did refund your money as soon as you canceled with us it just took a 2 days for the merchant to send it . Again we apologize and didn't mean to upset you and cause a inconvenience that is never our mission."
