I can't say enough good things about this company! The move was handled with professionalism, courtesy, compassion, and great care. They specialize in moving the elderly, and are very reassuring, patient and detail-oriented. Owner Connie Orenstein came to my mother's apartment to get a sense of the move, answer our questions, and advised us on which pieces of furniture would fit best into the new smaller apartment. Then, while we were away on vacation, English packed everything up, and moved her things into the new apartment exactly as she had specified. In addition, they delivered certain items she no longer needed to a local consignment shop, and to a thrift shop. Pieces that my mother was giving to my sisters and I were carefully packed and stored at English's warehouse until they were able to deliver them to us. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and we couldn't be more pleased. English is the best!!

Our mom moved into an assisted living facility and wanted to send certain pieces of furniture, some antique, to our brother who lives in Georgia. My sister and I packed a few boxes with small items. They picked-up the furniture, etc. using care wrapping and moving the furniture. We paid half of the moving fee. They stored everything until they had other people moving their things to Georgia and combined it with our things. The items arrived at my brother's home when they said they'd arrive. All items were accounted for and in good condition. The remainder of the fee was paid. They were very timely in answering phone calls and emails. I would recommend them to others.

They are very compassionate and understanding toward the elderly. My parents thought very highly of them and several other people they live with have used them and trust them completely.
