Electrical Service
It started out impressively and then went downhill fast! I received a text with a pic of the electrician saying he was on his way and he arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and friendly. BUT.....that is where this review goes sideways. It took him a good 45 minutes before he even got around to my problem. He did a "safety" check of my house and tried to sell me a yearly electrical service and tried to sell me new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. When he finally go around to getting ready to diagnosis the problem he presented me with 4 options all of which increased in price depending what he diagnosed. It took him all of ONE MINUTE to discover that there was no power coming to the house and that it was a problem with the power company. He then charged me over $350 for that!!!! I have never had a service technician come to my house, take one minute to discover the problem and then charge me an outrageous price for one minute of work. I expected to pay for him coming to my house, but this was just outrageous. I will NEVER use this company again and I am letting all my friends and neighbors know what happened.
