Description of Work: The customer service sales people were great. Once they had a service order I couldn't get in touch with anybody (5 calls and on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes each before hanging up). The install tech showed up on time. He wanted the easy way out by cutting into my driveway twice and drilling a hole through the side of the main floor of my house instead of going around the house and into the basement utility room like every other utility I have. When I told him I didn't want him to do that his response was, "I'll just tell my management you don't want the service then." All it would have taken is responding naive was and good customer service and I would have become a loyal FiOS customer. Instead I'll stick with my Comcast.

 + 0 moreFor the services offered the plans are far too expensive. Additionally when you make any change to the plans, they make you sign another 2 year contract. Service providers are limited so I would use this company again but only because I have little to no other choice.
